Quality is ensured through close cooperation between customers, suppliers and us.

OUR EMPLOYEES

Our quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) is our common tool in our daily work, where all our procedures are documented.

All employees are required to comply with the system and make sure that our overall quality policy and goals are met.

We work continuously to develop business processes and employee competencies, to achieve a better quality level.

OUR SUPPLIERS

We need all the help we can get from our suppliers, during the quality process . We expect them to deliver the best quality and actively contribute to our high standards. Our suppliers are at least ISO 9001 certified. All products are produced in the EU.

OUR QUALITY ACCESS

Our approach to quality is based on:

  • Products exclusively produced in the EU.
  • System certification – ISO 9001: 2015.
  • Customer satisfaction – we make annual customer questionnaire survey.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Involvement of employees.
